We've changed how we pack our Monsters for shipment. For orders placed after today, the Monsters will be wrapped in tissue paper only. We have made this change because we have received several comments about our tulle packaging arriving in less than pristine condition.

What will my made-to-order Monster cost?
All made-to-order Monsters are US$25.00.
Special Edition Monsters are individually priced.
Prices do not include shipping and sales tax (where applicable).
Shipping is US$5.00 for destinations inside the United States, US$8.00 for destinations inside Canada, and US$12.00 for anywhere else in the world.
Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders sent to Texas destinations.
How do I pay?
All payments are facilitated by PayPal.
What if I don't have a PayPal account?
PayPal will allow you to pay directly with your credit card or checking account without first establishing a PayPal account.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Not at this time (though we will offer them again in the future). We recently suspended our PayPal-administered gift certificate program in anticipation of our upcoming transition away from PayPal.
Where is my Monster made?
Your made-to-order Monster is handcrafted in Austin, Texas.
I am or will be in Austin. Can I pick up my Monster?
No, we do not have a retail storefront. All Monsters are made-to-order and will be shipped to the destination of your choice once they have been completed.
How will my Monster be packaged?
Your Monster will be wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.
How will my Monster be shipped?
Your Monster will be shipped by Priority Mail for destinations inside the United States. For destinations outside of the United States, your Monster will be shipped using the U.S. Postal Service's International First Class service. All packages are shipped from Austin, Texas.
Multiple Monsters ordered at the same time, by the same person, and with the same shipping address will be shipped together whenever possible.
Once I place my order, how long will it take for my Monster to be completed?
All Monsters are made-to-order and completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Average turnaround time is approximately one-to-two weeks. Allow an additional week for shipping.
How do I order more than one Monster?
Please place separate orders for each of your Monsters. Our design, ordering, manufacturing, and shipping processes are all designed around one Monster per order.
Is there a discount for purchasing more than one Monster?
Since our made-to-order Monsters are individually hand-made, we do not offer quantity discounts.
How closely will my Monster resemble the one I design on your website?
Your Monster is a one-of-a-kind hand-made product. Your Monster will include all elements you used to design your Monster (i.e. body style, body color, eye style, eye color, etc.). Although proportion and placement of individual elements (i.e. eyes, mouth, teeth, bellies, etc.) is approximate, every effort is made to recreate your unique Monster design as represented by our website.

How can I order a Monster that I saw in your website pictures but is not available through your Monster-maker?
Some Monsters pictured on our website are not available through our Monster-maker due to the difficulty in the placement of certain body parts on these Monster's bodies. Please contact our Customer Service department if you are interested in one of these Monsters.
What is my Monster made out of?
Your Monster is made out of anti-pill fleece and filled with hypo-allergenic polyfil. Parts of the Monster's eyes and teeth are made from felt.
How big will my Monster be?
Your Monster will be approximately 12 inches high by 9 inches wide (at its widest point). Since your Monster is a hand-made product and may be based on any one of several different body types, these measurements are approximations only.
Is my Monster washable?
Yes, your Monster is washable. Wash separately on the 'delicate cycle' setting in cold water with a mild detergent (such as Woolite) and air dry.
Will my Monster be "baby-safe?"
Your Monster will have no attachments (such as buttons or beads) that could be a potential choking hazard.
Can you embroider my child's name and/or message on my Monster?
No, we do not offer this service at this time.
I want to feature your Monsters on my website or blog--are free or discounted samples available?
Unfortunately, no. While we receive numerous requests, we do not to provide free or discounted product samples.
What is your refund policy?
Since your Monster is a completely customized product--individually hand-made specifically for you based upon your on-line design--all sales are final.

Dizzy
Dizzy played way too many rounds of ring-around-the-rosy. Not only are his eyes still dizzy, but his tentacles have fallen too.
Dizzy has a unique toothy S-shaped mouth and spiral stitching in his yellow eyes. He appears prominently in our rotating photographs (to the left) but cannot be built with the Monster-maker.

Splotch
He has splotches of black on his body and thinks he's a cow! We won't burst his little bubble and tell him otherwise.
Splotch has six black splotches on his front and four black splotches on his backside (not pictured). He is the only Monster currently featured on this site with adornments on its back.
