Use our web site to create a plush design and we'll hand make a plush product based upon your design.

All of our products come with an unconditional 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

All products are shipped in 10 days or less. With our optional rush service, your order may ship as soon as the next business day.

Playing with one of our designers is absolutely free. The cost to convert your on-line design into a real plush toy is:

Our shipping charges vary depending upon the destination and size of your order. See the Shipping section of this FAQ for complete details.

Our optional custom embroidery charges vary depending upon the font size and number of embroidered characters. See our Custom Embroidery FAQ for specific charges.

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars.

For an additional charge, we offer the option during checkout to rush the production of your custom product. If you elect this service, your order will jump to the head of our production queue.

This will save up to a full 10 days in production. Which is to say, your custom handmade order might ship as soon as the next business day.

Our rush charge is $8.00 for each Monster or Moggin and $4.00 for each Splatopus or Fairy-Tooth.

We collect sales tax of 8.25% for all orders sent to Texas destinations.

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to destinations outside of Texas.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

The "My Account" and "Shopping Cart" sections of our site are secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Sales transactions are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

Our products are made from quality anti-pill fleece and filled with down-like hypo-allergenic cluster fiberfill. The product's eyes, eyebrows, nose, teeth and certain mouths are made from felt. Portions of certain mouths are made from embroidery thread. All material and fill is 100% new polyester.

Please keep in mind that these are handmade products. Since they may be based on any one of several different body types, these measurements are approximations only.

Yes, our products are washable. Wash separately on the "delicate cycle" setting in cold water with a mild detergent (such as Woolite) and air dry. To maximize product life, we recommend spot cleaning only.

Our products have no attachments (such as buttons or beads) that could be a potential choking hazard. Of course, parental supervision is always advised.

Our products include all of the elements used in your design (i.e. body style, body color, eye style, eye color(s), etc.). Although proportion and placement of individual elements (i.e. eyes, mouth, teeth, bellies, etc.) is approximate, every effort is made to recreate your unique design as represented by our web site.

We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service.

Our products are guaranteed to ship within 10 days of your order.

We will notify you via your CurlyQ Cuties account's email address when we are about to ship your order.

Yes, we only ship complete orders. On larger orders, we may ship your complete order in two or more boxes.

No, we do not combine orders.

Monsters and Moggins are shipped via Priority Mail.

Splatopus and Fairy-Teeth are shipped via First Class Mail.

Once you receive notification of shipment, please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Monsters and Moggins are $5.50 for the first and $2.75 for each additional product ordered.

Splatopus and Fairy-Teeth are $2.00 for each product ordered.

Yes. We charge and ship the same as U.S. Destinations. Enter the destination APO/FPO address using "United States" as the destination country.

Transit timeframes are dependent upon military mail delivery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

We ship your order with a customs valuation equal to your order's total less shipping charges. You are responsible for any additional charges levied by customs.

Orders are shipped via International First Class Mail.

Once you receive notification of shipment, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Monsters and Moggins are $8.00 for the first and $4.00 for each additional product ordered.

Splatopus and Fairy-Teeth are $3.50 for each product ordered.

We ship your order with a customs valuation equal to your order's total less shipping charges. You are responsible for any additional charges levied by your country's Customs Department.

We receive many requests for product samples and we are not able to fulfill them all.

We allocate a limited number of review units each month to established web sites that have at least one year of history and a Google page rank of four or above. If your web site meets these prerequisites, contact us with details about your web site for consideration.
